Mandatory Training – State Employees & Officials

New financial disclosure filers need to take the Conflict of Interest Training within 6 months of being required to file. The training is only required to be taken once.

Mandatory Training – Lobbyists

Regulated lobbyists need to take the Comprehensive Lobbying Training within 6 months of initially registering as a lobbyist and thereafter within 2 years of the previously-completed training.
