Listings of Registered Lobbyists

For many years the State Ethics Commission has published, six times per year, listings of the lobbyists and employers who are registered with the Ethics Commission as of the publication date.

The Commission launched a new lobbyist registration and reporting system in 2019, and one of the features of the new system is an upgraded public access link that permits anyone to view real time information concerning lobbyists and employers and is available on a 24/7 basis. This public access link provides real-time, up to date information that can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet where it can be sorted to suit your individual needs. Accordingly, the Commission has discontinued publishing these lists.

Access to the information is available to you any time you require it by taking the following steps:

Click on the Public Access link at https://lobby-ethics.maryland.gov/public_access
In the box titled “Public Access”, click on “View Lobbyists”
Click “Current Lobbyist List” or “Current Employer List” as desired
