Forms for Lobbyists

ATTENTION:  Beginning July 1, 2019, the Public Ethics Law requires all lobbyist filings be submitted electronically using the Commission’s Lobbying Electronic Filing System.  Paper filings will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2019.
